Tuff-Rib Panel is our made to order, custom length roof and siding product, now manufactured by Maven Building Supply! This product is the perfect choice for residential and commercial roofs, pole barns, garages and so much more. Not only does Tuff-Rib provide the perfect balance of long term durability and low upfront cost, but it’s made right here in Central Pennsylvania.
Produced from high quality, domestic steel, our raw material goes through extensive quality controls before entering the roll-forming process. First, our already corrosion resistant Galvalume™ steel receives front and back wash and primer coats before the final color coats are applied. This ensure industry leading paint adhesion and a long service life once installed.
Optionally, upgrade to a Textured finish for rich, low gloss colors on your next project. These colors appear richer, and reduce glare in the sun while still meeting Energy Star™ requirements for a heat reflective roof system!

In addition, we recommend that you install your panels with Levi’s ProZ Mini-Driller™ screws. In contrast to standard roof screws that wear out in 10-20 years, your fasteners may not need replacement for the life of your roof! This upgrade is a no-brainer when you compare it with the time and cost involved in replacing the screws on your roof, or worse, entire building.
